Privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information trevorharrisphoto.com collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. The site is run by Trevor Harris, a photographer and videographer based in Mesa, Arizona. It exists to show my work and to let you get in touch about a shoot.

Information you send me

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the type of session you are interested in, and a message. When you submit it, that information is delivered to my email inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. I use it only to reply to you and to plan the work you asked about.

The contact page also embeds a Google Form for people interested in modeling opportunities. Anything you enter there is collected by Google Forms under Google's privacy policy and stored in my Google account. Google may set its own cookies when that embedded form loads.

If you email me directly, I keep that correspondence the way anyone keeps email. I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not sell or rent your contact details to anyone.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record standard request logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. I use those logs only to keep the site running and secure.

The site does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or social media trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading a page does not send a request to a font provider.

Links to other sites

Pages link to my Instagram account and to other websites I have built. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

How long I keep information

Inquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful for the project we discussed. If you want a message you sent deleted, email me and I will remove it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. Senior and family sessions are booked by a parent or guardian.
